Nicely landscaped fenced back yard and patio, carport and 1 car garage available parking for at least 2 cars.

Centrally located for local events and venues in the Rogue Valley which includes cities of Medford, Central Point, Ashland, Jacksonville, Talent/Phoenix and Grants Pass. Venues and Events like: Ashland’s Shakespeare Festival, Jacksonville’s Britt Festival, Central Point Expo (Has Fairs & Music Concerts, Car Shows, Beer & Wine Fests, Home Shows, RV Shows, you name it it’s probably there).

For the outdoor enthusiasts......Rogue River for the best fishing, rafting and Kayaking. Mt. Ashland for Skiing & Snowboarding (when the snow comes), trail bike riding or running. A bundle of lakes available for the water activities, Lost Creek Lake, Emigrant Lake, Lake of the Woods, Diamond Lake, and Crater Lake National Park.

Sport Events......Our local College SOU Raiders Football, The Medford Rogues for Baseball, Ducks in Eugene and Beavers in Corvallis, plus any local high school sports or Club Sports.

We are 7 hours to San Francisco, 5 Hours to Portland, about 5 hours to Reno, 3 Hours to Eugene and 2.5 Hours from the Picturesque Oregon Coast.

Great location and full of amenities
We enjoyed our day at Zany Zoo. The host provided pastries, fruit, candy and even a bottle of wine. It was in a very nice neighborhood and was in a great location for us to explore the area around Medford. We highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed here a number of times when visiting medford and grandchildren. It’s always such a blessing, clean, quiet and comfortable…it does feel a little like home away from home🙂

Comfortable and Convenient
The Zany Zoo is clean and well stocked. Very comfortable for my family to hang out in the open living room and dining area and out on the patio. It is a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We especially enjoyed visiting the Children’s Museum and Bear Creek Park.

Awesome location, great accommodations!
Located in a really cute, quiet neighborhood just blocks off of Crater Lake Highway. Location is near shopping and restaurants, you can also head in any direction for a number of great hikes or kayaking put in spots. This was our second stay now it’s our go to when we visit the area. Accommodations are clean and well stocked.

Wonderful Animal Decor
This charming house in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. I loved all the animal decorations especially lots of elephants. The house had everything we could ask for and more. They even left us fresh fruit, treats and wine ( though we didn’t drink the wine). Checking in and out was easy.

This was the cleanest, most well-stocked VRBO home we have stayed in! It was nice to have a garage for our rental car. The gift box was unexpected, but welcome. We used this home for a base to see the local area, and some National Parks in Oregon and northern California. It was very close to I-5, which made it easy to commence on our daily trips. Wonderful place! Highly recommend it!

Best stay ever!
Extremely clean and well decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex. It had everything we could want plus lots of personal extras, nice reception when we arrived and thoughtful present for our son. I think it will be near impossible to fine as nice a place for the money spent.
