Relax and Enjoy. This centrally located Southern Oregon Home Away From Home with family or friends!

You will be located close to shopping and restaurants. The towns of Jacksonville and Ashland are just minutes away.

Southern Oregon has a great list of wineries and if the outdoors suite you, Table Rock and Roxy Ann provides hiking with great views of the Rogue Valley.
There are events and concerts throughout the year in Southern Oregon as well.

The space:
Carlin Drive is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family, single story home located in a residential neighborhood.

The family room and kitchen is an open concept floor plan and boasts a 75” Smart TV and coffee bar.

The Master bedroom provides a King size bed, 55 “ Smart TV and dual sink en suite.

Bedroom #2 provides a Full size and twin bunk beds.

Bedroom #3 provides a Full size bed.

USB charging outlets in the Master bedroom and bedroom #3.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the property which includes a private patio with Adirondack chairs, gas firepit table and ceiling fan.

Would recommend to anyone!
Debbie was so sweet from the moment we booked. I let her know we were coming into town for a funeral and she left a very kind note for my family and I, along with a nice basket and stuffed toy for my daughter. We will always try to book here from now on when we’re in town. The house is very nice and very clean in a great neighborhood and central location in Medford. Thanks, Debbie!

I have stayed in several properties in Medford while visiting family over the past few years. This is by far the best one I have stayed in. The host were easy to work it and very responsive. The house has everything you could need for your stay. Nice backyard and covered patio. Safe and walkable neighborhood close to shopping, and restaurants Thanks, Debbie and James!

New and clean centrally located family home.
Very nice family home, stayed for my daughter’s graduation from SOU. The hosts were amazing and provided us with a wonderful welcome basket. Only downfall is house close the homes are together, if you and the neighbors are in the backyards at the same it’s like your all in one yard together and can be pretty loud. Otherwise a wonderful experience.

The home still smells new! My spouse and I traveled with our 1.5 year-old daughter and dog to visit family for Thanksgiving, and this was the definition of cozy and pet-friendly. Fully fenced and well maintained yard, great neighborhood to walk, and nicely furnished. They even had a really nice waffle maker that we're considering buying now, after using it! I've been staying in Medford many years and this was one of the best places I've stayed.
