Everything about this place is as good as the other reviews say it is. It is a lovely, almost new home, that is spotless, and the owner is very helpful and very prompt in responses. It was a perfect spot for four first time visitors to Medford, on a wine tour. We will be back.

Gathering for a family memorial of a dear brother.
This house was perfect for our three night stay in Medford. We had 5 adults (two couples and one single) staying and the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths worked perfectly for us. On Friday night we hosted a BBQ for 22 family members and the house had everything we needed for a lovely party. Loved this property and the owner for being a refuge at a sad time.

Perfect and Beautifully Appointed
This home is amazing and has so many kind, thoughtful touches. We were in town for our son's SOU graduation and we enjoyed being in Medford in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard was lovely and comfortable to hang out in as a family. Great location to everything we wanted to do. The beds were incredibly comfortable as was all the furniture. Well stocked kitchen and everything we could possibly need was provided. We really appreciated being able to stay in such a lovely hosted home.

Fantastic experience! Beautiful, cozy, home in a great location with all needed amenities, and lots of extra touches for a perfect stay! Home owner is fantastic! Great communication and super easy check-out. The home has been very well cared for and is in immaculate condition. Most comfy couch I’ve ever been on…perfect for relaxing by the fire with a glass of local wine. Comfortable bed and a very sweet little yard with lots of birds to watch. Loved my stay and highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay - Beautiful Warm Home
I chose this VRBO because of the comfortable and cozy look. The furnishings were very comfortable and the home was exactly as posted. The fireplace added lovely ambiance!! The beds were very comfortable and we had what we needed for our 10 day stay. The location was very convenient and everything is very close by, including grocery stores, shopping center, restaurants etc. Sheri was very accommodating and very helpful. Easy access and available for questions. It was a pleasure doing business with her. We would most definitely return.

This is our third time staying at the property, and it continues to be a consistency high quality experience. Impeccably clean and well appointed. As someone who likes to cook and makes full use of the kitchen, I'm especially impressed and appreciative of the well supplied kitchen. Good pots and pans, sharp knives, and a selection of spices, oils, and other items that you often don't bring along with you for a short visit.

Sheri, Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It was perfect for our visit to spend some time with my son who goes to SOU. It was close to the airport without the noise if it and just a short drive to everything. I used the kitchen a lot and really appreciated having everything I needed in it. The bathroom linens were great quality and plentiful too. We used your beautiful outdoor area to enjoy the sunshine relaxing and eating meals. Your big “L” leather sofa and large TV the as a plus too. We felt right at home!

Sad Time for the Family
We came to Medford to attend the funeral for my brother-in-law. This house met our needs perfectly, it was spacious, the accommodations were 5 star. Our only suggestion would be to possibly add lamps in those bedrooms without and perhaps at least one in the living area.
