Decent stay overall
Photos and description were accurate. Not the best neighborhood (I've stayed in multiple areas there), but the street and house were one of the better in that part of town. Downsides: the living room had barely any lighting and a smoke detector started beeping because it was dying. When I contacted the host they didn't get back to me for almost an entire day, and said they were out of town and unable to assist. Instead, they said we should unplug the smoke dectector, which is not the safest option, and it's not the type of detector you can unplug anyway. We dealt with it and the stay was good overall, but I would hope for a more responsive and available host at the next place I stay.

Nice home and affordable price
We rented the home to stay on memorial weekend. My son had a soccer tournament near by. Home was clean and comfy. We will definitely rent it about if we ever travel to Oregon again.

Clean and Affordable
Neighborhood a little rough and curb appeal of this property seems to match but once inside it's a whole different story. House was clean and nicely decorated. Husband had a little difficulty using the "streaming" TV setup but that seems to be the way it is at most rentals these days. There is a little street noise during day but it was very quiet during the night. We were looking for an affordable, pet friendly property for a quick stay and this little house had everything we needed.

Clean and cute.
The place was clean, and very well equipped. The backyard was perfect for our friends dog. It was also in a great location, close to everything in town but in a quiet neighborhood.

Good place If you don't mind street noise
Nice place. Fenced yard was a huge plus. Property manager bought a new hair dryer for the rental..because the one in there wasn't working..that was appreciated! Comfortable beds. Needs better pillows. Other than that comfortable stay.

Fine place to stay if needing to stay in Medford
The place was clean and well laid out. The neighborhood is not all that great (but it is Medford). There were screaming neighbors (or transients?) at night & you could hear drag racing on a nearby street. This was a layover on our way to somewhere else - so we only needed a place for a quick stay & it definitely served that purpose. Someone else mentioned the lights and wanting instructions - I initially thought this was sort of silly - but it's true. Couldn't find some lights, some lights have a remote, some lights don't work. Overall - the place is clean, well laid out and a nice large backyard.

Weekend get away
Property was fine, location fine. Not a friendly place for seniors. All hardwood floors with rugs which tended to catch feet or shoes. King bed was fine, but the bed frame not so much. It fell apart in the middle of the night. We decided to leave one day early as we could not sleep in queen bed. Host was gracious enough to reimburse us for a day of lodging. Thanks for the weekend! We will use your services in the future.

The house was so cute and up to date. The house made some interesting “knocking” noises at night, and the neighbor seemed annoyed with my dog, but other than that- perfection!

Cute and comfortable, but missing some things.
Needs a list of instructions. We couldn't find switches (example for the patio). Kitchen is poorly appointed. Needs knives, serving dishes, dish towels etc. One towel, and one little paring knife. A lot of missing light bulbs!!! Garbage bag on the floor in the kitchen and towels still in the dryer.

Great spot to explore Medford and beyond
We stayed here for two nights with the intention of going to Crater Lake for a day trip, but unfortunately it was closed due to snow. We didn't need to worry as we had a lovely time checking out Ashland, Jacksonville and going to a show in Medford. The house was great for our needs - central location, perfect size, good amenities.

Great house
This is a fantastic value for the price! Everything was as described and there was even a fully fenced in yard so my dogs could run around off leash a bit. It’s close to a large shopping center with restaurants and other amenities. I would recommend bringing your own pillow, but that was the only (very minor) complaint we had!

Perfect for our needs!
Online photos and descriptions are spot on. Comfy King size bed! Our dogs enjoyed being able to romp around off leash in the backyard. Will stay here again when in Medford.
