We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Crater Lake National Park. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Awesome Place.
Awesome, clean, modern house. Had a place in the back to park my raft too. Highly recommend staying here. I even forgot my lab top and the owner sent it to me.

Perfect for our family. The bed was by far the comfiest out of the 3 vacation rentals we stayed in over the week before. The backyard was great for our 1 year old to explore when needing energy out.

Perfect spot in Medford
This house is cute, clean, and well maintained. Nick is a great host who was very responsive and available to help or ask questions. He even took care of a coffee emergency, immediately! We will definitely stay here again when in the Medford area.

The house was just as described. It was nice and close to the airport. The house was clean and comfortable. It was close to the highway for the day trips we took. We didn’t use the outdoor areas because of the wildfire smoke but it looked really nice. It is a well maintained property, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Perfect house for family gathering.
Nick's house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was tastfully stocked. We prepared most breakfasts and several dinners. The living room was large enough to comfortably visit. The backyard and deck looked inviting, but rainy weather prohibited us from venturing outside. Nice large grill and plenty of outdoor seating available. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly Cozy
This house is so adorable! It's a perfect distance from shopping and medical. The house was super clean (though there is a bit of an ant problem but not too terrible). The owner is also very responsive. He went out and got a new remote at 9pm because the other remote couldn't be found. I plan on staying again!!

Very nice house, well supplied
The house has been very nicely remodeled, and it really great inside. The kitchen is well set up, and there was plenty to cook with. The beds are new and very comfortable. The location is fine, but the street does have some fast moving cars on it and can be a bit loud in the morning and evening hours. We had a really good experience with the host. For example, we blew a fuse using a hair dryer and the host responded immediately with fuse box information.

Me and my family stayed at the Comfy Cozy Casa in June 2023. It lived up to its name. It met my family’s needs for the four days we were there. My wife and I slept better in the king bed in the master bedroom than any bed we’ve ever slept in in a hotel. It was much needed after a long drive to Medford and long days playing with family. We had a great stay and hope to be able stay again on our next trip to Medford. The price was right and economical. We had no problems.
