Lower level of beautiful, 1930 historic East Medford home in charming neighborhood. Sleeps 2 with an open concept floorplan, full bath, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, nice yard for BBQ's and gathering. Walking distance to downtown, amazing restaurants and shops, farmers market, movie theater, water park and dog parks. Centrally located to everything Southern Oregon has to offer, Crater Lake, hiking, rafting, wine tasting, day spas, the Britt & Shakespeare festivals and so much more.

This unit is part of a large home that has been converted to 3 separate vacation rentals, each with its own private entrance. This is unit C, and has been recently updated to add a full kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer. There is super comfy king size bed with a large smart TV and dining area for 2. These units can be rented separately or together for larger groups.

Cute little basement unit
Very nice unit with a big comfy bed, basic amenities in the kitchen, and spacious walk in shower. Host was very responsive.
