Very Disappointed
This place has the potential to be a great place to stay but very disappointed. I should have listened to the other reviews but got caught up in the pictures and the terms "luxury" and "ultra luxury".
First, the good:
Location is GREAT
Property is nice
Staff is friendly
Now the bad:
Paid for the Ultra Luxury apartment and recieved the much smaller 2 bedroom and staff blamed it on Hotels.com for deceiving me with the pictures (complaint with other travelers also)
3 night stay. Was there for 2 nights and had no hot water the entire time (another common complaint).
The 2 showers were interesting... 1 was inside a jacuzzi tub and the other was literally inside the 2nd bathroom floor between the toilet and sink which nobody wanted to use.
Safe looked brand new but wasnt installed so I couldn't use the safe there, so therefore didnt want room service considering it was hard to trust anyone after the bait and switch.
Quite honestly, I blame Hotels.com also for having this place on their site and for giving them a higher rating than what they deserve even though there seems to be numerous complaints and now they dont even use the name of the apartment/ hotel complex on the Hotels.com site (I wonder why).
Its a terrible way to do business and I hope they get their issues corrected.
