The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful, enhanced by the charming presence of squirrels that accompany you during your meal. However, the only drawbacks were the shower water pressure, which was lacking, and the bed, which was a bit too stiff for our liking.

Cleanliness, friendliness, and politeness of the people of Medellin Colombia. The traffic was extremely heavy during peak hours. The heavy traffic was made really bad and dangerous by the high amount of motorcycles in the roads. The traffic to me was extremely dangerous. Don’t recommend to use a car rental

The staff was amazing! This is a great property and is very walkable to dinning and shopping. Just note that the property is up a hill, so walking to the shopping area is fine, but it is a workout to walk back to the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic every morning! Even though my Spanish isn't very good, the staff was always very patient with me. The rooms are great! I was a little disappointed that there was not a tv in the living room area and only in the bedroom. The views from the hotel are amazing!

Fair hotel, but not worth the money. 1. Air conditioner didn't work well, even after complaining, the staff did nothing more to resolve. 2. Toilet would run, I would have to take cover off to re-seat the flap. 3. TV Cable service was out completely the first night. There are better choices in the Pablado area
