"We found this hotel by chance and were delighted by the great service and excellent spa facilities. We were also served a fine dinner and delicious breakfast, all included in the room price. We ordered and paid for a special local wine separately, and it was well worth it."

"The hotel is pretty run down, need a a lot of maintenance. The carpet in the room was dirty, the mattresses on the bed were worn and you sunk in them when laid in the bed. Towels were small. The bathroom was clean but one of the doors was missing from the shower cubicle and there was a piece of shower curtain hanging to replace the door. Breakfast was OK. There’s a lot to be desired for the price we paid for this room. "

"A középkori témát szerintem kicsit túlzásba vitték, nem jó ötlet vidámparkká alakítani egy ilyen patinás épületeggyüttest, még ha törekednek is az igényességre. "We were in a room with a balcony so had a fantastic view. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was extremely spacious. The hotel didn't do pick up as Hotels.com suggested but taxi fares are cheap in the city. The most disappointing aspect was the food. We arrived at the dining room 1 hour before closing time & were told this is all we have left, which was not much & some of the food looked tired and kept less than hot. We were still charged the full restaurant price for this....

"Really enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. Excellent lighting. A very large amount of closet space as well, extra blankets/pillows in the wardrobes/closets. "We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. Peace, quiet, tranquility

"The house is in a wonderful location. It is relatively easy to reach by car. Yet it is far from all noise, almost in the forest. The view from the terrace is wonderful. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds. The stairs leading upstairs are very steep and may not be suitable for small children. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the appliances. In the garden, there is the possibility of a barbecue. The bathroom is a bit small. There is no drinking water in the house, as it is outside. This is the price of silence and complete peace. The garden has holes in the direction of the neighboring gardens. So it is not safe with a runaway dog. If the dog can be called back, then a paradise is also a huge area for him to enjoy."
