Mears is a very small Michigan attraction city. You have to be willing to pay the money to experience the lake and the dunes of you don’t have those vehicles at your disposal. Otherwise, there isn’t much to do!

"This was one second year at this adorable cottage. We loved it once again! The stairs to the lake were improved from last year. It was early in the season, so there was no restaurant open near the dunes. We did visit a very nice cafe right in Mears.

Great location if you are into off road vehicles. A bit noisy if you don’t.
