"The property is slightly north of Bargara but an easy walk. There’s the beach, a park and surf life savers across the road as well as a decent kiosk. It’s a very big, pet friendly park but we weren’t troubled by noise at all. The wifi is slow and a bit unreliable."

"Great place to stay. The managers are extremely friendly and helpful. Very close to the surf club and monitored beach. A great walk up to Mon Repos. Also a very pleasant walk to local restaurants (about 15 mins). The location of Koola Beach Apartments is fantastic to see a big mob of kangaroos every morning and evening. Never tire of admiring the wonder of kangaroo. "

"The wifi did not work for our entire stay - we tried multiple times to talk to the front desk and were told it would be fixed, but nothing was resolved and no communication or updates. We were then told we would get a call from the General Manager after we checked out but did not receive a call. We are international travellers so not having wifi or internet was extremely inconvenient. "

"Sad and felt deceived as the unit overlooked a massive carpark and backed onto a hotel with a bid outdoor entertainment area where people drinking at the hotel and children using their pool could be heard until late into the night when I had retired to bed for a big day at university on campus, needless to say I didn't get a good nights sleep."

"This property was not what was pictured online when we arrived it was not very clean the blinds where very dirty and all the window seals there where cobwebs everywhere and the lounge had spiders crawling out of it which we had to go and buy spray and sprayed the whole unit from top to bottom great location but will not book this unit in the future"

"Needed a base to attend to family business in Bundaberg. Large apartment with 2way bathroom. Kitchen very well appointed. The parking space is very tight. If we had brought hubbys ute would not have been able to access it. The pool area looked lovely but it was too windy/rainy to enjoy. Access for visitors is very awhward though with no intercom multiple locked gates/doors yes great security. Access is no good for anyone with mobility issues from the street or to the pool...steps. the apartment...

"The view is spectacular and as the name says, the beach is right at your feet. However, the properties next door are undergoing major renovations and the serenity is broken with power tools starting around 8am. Not very relaxing outside either with trades people working out there. The stairs getting down to the beach need urgent attention as weather has eroded them to a poor condition. Elderly or less mobile folks would probably struggle to use them. The property is a little dated with one...

"Awesome location & very well equipped apartment in a nice quiet block with a nice pool out the back. The views are amazing. The apartment itself is a little tired, no air con in 2nd or 3rd bedroom, we stayed in spring and it was already very hot. They did have a pedestal fan in each bedroom. There seems to be a German cockroach problem in the apartment with a lot crawling around at night. Otherwise the apartment was clean. Overall a good stay, the location is hard to beat. "

"i can't believe this property was available. huge, modern, very clean whole of floor apartment right on the beach, only booked a couple of months before christmas. we really enjoyed being able to pop out to catch a few waves and just duck back to the room without having to cart all our stuff around. the appliances are all brand new, the air con was amazing but the best thing is the view, about fifteen metres of ocean frontage, was just dreamy. loved it."
