"The staff were amazing especially the bell boy Hicham and the lady who cleaned our room. My son changed the sign outside our door to DO NOT DISTURB as a joke and I called for the room to be cleaned later in the day and she complied immediately. Fantastic staff. The only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel was not by the beach as the name suggests but I suppose I should have asked before finalizing the booking. Otherwise our stay was FAB."

Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"
