"This is a great location if planning to go to the caverns. There is also a lot of shopping and restaurants not too far. This house was nice and spacious for our family of 8. Communication was also great."

"The property was great as far as amenities, space, and privacy. It was just my partner and I but we would definitely love to go back with our family to enjoy all the outdoor activities together. The only things we felt could be better were cleanliness, updated fixtures, and properly connected tv/internet. For the most part everything was clean/organized, especially the pool which was great, but the floor could’ve been swept more, there was some crumbs in the microwave, and a couple of roaches...

"The house was clean and beautiful, the porches were wonderful. Yes, I noticed the worn arm on the upstairs balcony couch, but if it bothers someone, there are SO many other places to sit, and in one upstairs bedroom, a bed is against the wall.... but a twin bed would mean less sleeping room. I really wonder about some of these reviewers! The home is so welcoming and wonderful. The living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. There was a small amount of basics...

"Very nice place to stay near Gruene. Quiet, with really cute buildings that have clean charming rooms. There are yard games, a pool and spa and nice places to sit out and watch the deer. Check in process was very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"Celebrated a family members birthday and the home accommodated for that. The fire pit was great and the river was a short walk down the property. I do wish the exterior photo was updated to reflect no trees around the home. We were hoping for some shade to sit under and enjoy a breeze. But over all was a great visit! "

"This home is the ultimate getaway. It’s very nicely furnished including cooking utensils, kitchen and pantry necessities. The only disappointing item was that VRBO listed a “hot tub” when in actuality it is a jetted tub in the primary suite. Overall, we were extremely impressed and happy with our selection for a girls getaway."
