Located ONE BLOCK off our famous 3rd Street - our Wine Country Farmhouse is perfect for those interested in staying right in the mix of all that is McMinnville.

Within walking distance, you will enjoy 17 wineries & tasting rooms, 34 unique restaurants, 7 tap-rooms & breweries and wander 14 stroll-able blocks. The Evergreen air museum, space museum and water park are less than a mile away as is Linfield College. Also, an easy drive or walk from the house is the McMinnville Aquatic Center, which has adults/kids swimming, spa and a weight room for $4 admission.

This circa 1911 home has been lovingly cared for and features a beautiful farmhouse kitchen, equipped with all the necessities, furnished in the period of the home and roomy for group cooking and gathering.

There are two bathrooms in the home, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bath has a tub/shower unit and the upstairs bath features a roomy tile shower.

Three luxuriously furnished bedrooms are available (two queens & one king). One bedroom is located downstairs and is furnished with a queen bed. Upstairs bedrooms feature an additional queen and king size bed.

The landscaped back yard is fully fenced and is great for families and pets. There is a large patio area that is partially covered with a gas grill, patio furniture, and outdoor lighting.

Guests will enjoy this professionally decorated home which features an eclectic mix of new polished pieces, local art, and treasured antiques.

The home features Wi-Fi, cable and also has a DVD player. For the convenience of our guests, we also offer the use of a washer/dryer located in the utility room.

We're excited to announce that the Wine Country Farmhouse has received some recent upgrades including; new master bedroom carpet, master bath upgrades, and kitchen upgrades!

Perfect home for a McMinnville Vacation
We have traveled to McMinnville a few times to visit our son at Linfield University and this is one of the very best places we have stayed ever. Close-in central location, very dog friendly home, great yard, pleasant walking, lots of room, charming decor, comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot
We had a great time staying here. The convenience of being able to walk to the main downtown area and restaurants was perfect. The property also had a great backyard and a few outdoor games for the family to play with when the sun came out. We would stay here again.

Fun Family Getaway
My family had a great time staying in the Wine Country Farmhouse. It is a short walk to great restaurants and shops. The home was cute, clean and had comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed sitting in the well-kept garden in the morning with our coffee. The home had everything we needed. We will rent again the next time in McMinnville.

Great Stay in Wine Region
Great house in a great location. All the amenities you could want or need. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. Visited 12 wineries during the week and all were within 45 minute drive. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our Frenchies. Even managed to visit the Evergreen Air and Space Museum.

Convenient location in McMinnville
Place is as advertised and easy walk to downtown , clean, and well stocked. Only negatives are some road noise from busy street and a lack of water pressure in downstairs shower. Even had a nice backyard and barbecue for when weather is nicer. Also a plus to have off street parking for two cars. Great restaurants are close as well.

Great home base for Bubbles Fest week-end!
We rented this for our Bubbles Fest girls' trip. 6 women and this house accommodated us perfectly. Awesome location, walkable to downtown McMinnville's many tasting rooms, restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

Darling and perfectly appointed home in the heart of McMinville! Super comfy beds and loads of pillows which we love. Adorable backyard too! Nice neighborhood for dog walking and very convenient and walkable to downtown. Very clean , kitchen is very well outfitted. We had a great time and would definitely return!

Excellent Place to Stay in McMinville
We had such a lovely time at the Wine Country Farmhouse. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, comfy beds, and a very comfortable living/dining room. It was so convenient to downtown McMinnville restaurants and wine tasting rooms. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in town. Communication with the owner was great and access was super easy. Great place to stay!

Celebration time!
We were in town for a family wedding. We wanted a place close to town that would comfortably fit 5 adults. This place fit the bill! It was a very warm set of days and the air conditioning worked well. We were able to walk to town for coffee, lunch and browsing the many shops.

Fun wine tasting stay
Charming house, very clean and comfortable. Only a couple of things to note. Heavy street noise and the downstairs bedroom bathroom is off the kitchen. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the house.
