"The overall effect of this little cabin is so much greater than the sum of its parts. Once you figure out the awkward parking situation, the detached laundry room, and finicky heating & cooling, the rest of your time will be some of the best you've ever had. Mountain King has one of the best balconies in the entire world, I'm willing to wager, and walking straight into Yellowstone Park was one of the coolest wildlife experiences I've had. "We stayed in two different locations in Cooke City for a recent back packing trip in the Beartooth Wilderness. The cabin was a great place for us to land after getting out of the woods for a week. Very comfortable beds, clean facility, and nice shower. We did not use much of the kitchenette space but it was well stocked with cooking materials if needed. The check-in/out process was easy and I would stay here again in a return visit to the area. "

"The location was ideal—just a 45 min drive to the North Entrance of Yellowstone park. The house itself was wonderfully cozy and impeccably clean. It had all the amenities with a fully equipped kitchen and enough comfortable beds for four adults and four kids. We loved the scenic views from the front deck. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we highly recommend this house."
