"I really enjoyed this hotel! I was chilling here with my friend for my birthday! Alladin at the front desk was very kind and respectful, tried to help me with every issue and made our rest the best. In honor of my birthday, I was given 2 tickets for cocktails on a rooftop. The hotel is 5-star clean! There is not even a suspicion of dirt or mold! great location, next to a trader jo, bus stop and subway. The hotel is next to a beautiful cafe for breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much for this experience! "

"Convenient to all museums. Hotel needs updating. Staff friendly. The restaurant in the hotel has a very limited menu and food is a bit pricey. There are a few fast food eateries within walking distance but you’ll have to drive about 5-7 minutes to get more options. "

"I checked In and they gave me a different room than I had originally booked. Front desk claimed they were fully reserved for the king size beds. Property manager Russel fixed it promptly and the rest of the stay was smooth. Kyle bartender was amazing. I gave a lower score for cleanliness because original room had crumbs on the floor and the second room they moved me to in correction had a few sparse hairs in the bathroom tub and walls. Just a slight adjustment in attention to detail from housekeeping for feedback. I would definitely stay again. "
