"Room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Attention to detail was apparent when using every aspect of the room. Amenities were plentiful and are precisely what travelers want/need to avoid packing extra items (I.e.: bar soap, hairdryer, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, makeup mirror) and so helpful and convenient to have USB Plug-ins as a standard option. Service was fine for check-in and check-out; nothing outstanding or spectacular, but that’s expected with a moderate-priced hotel chain. The best service I received was from the cleaning crew on the morning of my departure, with each team member giving me a welcoming smile and a “Thanks for staying with us!” That team definitely knows how to give a great experience and it certainly spills over into the level of attention they give to the rooms they take care of, too. Big commendation to that team and their leader!! Coffee service in the morning was disappointing, as both mornings during my stay there was no fresh coffee available and I had to get from their breakfast restaurant, giving me an awkward feeling like I was being a rule-breaker. Overall though, the stay was pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. I will certainly stay again the next time I am in Bloomington for business."

"Easy check in, nice decor, room was spacious, bathroom was nice, though there was a crack in the shower insert that should be replaced as mold would set in. Other than that, shower was nice, hot water plentiful. Tv easy to use. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. However, we were there at 7:15 and the coffee wasn’t ready! Breakfast started at 6. Way too late, was ready when I was halfway through eating. "

"We stayed here with our girls hockey team, the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and breakfast was hot. As you can imagine, our girls were playing from room to room and all throughout the hotel and we felt they were safe at all times. "

"We had the best experience. We had just had a baby at the Birth Center of Bloomington-Normal and needed to check-in to a hotel. We booked the hotel and then showed up at 7am to check-in. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The room we booked was not available yet so they upgraded us to a different room. The room was perfect and it allowed for us to have the best rest and the best meeting of the siblings experience with our other littles when they met their new baby sibling. 10/10 - will stay there again and recommend to everyone we can. "
