"I had to reach out to the host on Whatsapp because he didn't respond or send any kind of confirmation message through vrbo. I suspect he isn't even active on VRBO. The property was not kept. Grass wasn't mowed. There was a large pile of trash/rubble in the parking lot. There was trash all over the house when we got there. Including a fridge full of expired/moldy food. "Property is just as described and the perfect location for our family as we were coming from different parts of the country. Our host was very communicative and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that our visit was enjoyable. The basement has a stage and it was a lot of fun for family karaoke and entertainment. "We chose this location because is was close enough too town yet far enough away that we would be able to rest at night without the noise of bikes constantly! Very clean, a little on the smaller side, but it worked for ny family. My only real complaint is that there was not central air and we had to keep the bedroom window air conditioners on one specific setting.
