"Beautiful views out the picture windows, very warm and cozy house. We stayed two nights (both had spectacular aurora borealis) and had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We walked in the Park, and skied in Cantwell and up Stampede Rd. Terrific weekend!"

"David was so understanding and helpful throughout. Place was clean and warm at night. Very close to the Three Bears grocery store and Shell gas station. 20 mins drive to the Denali visitor center. Would definitely stay here again. "

Beds with soft linens, extremely comfortable king beds and nice en-suite bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!! Of note… 2 steps up to bathrooms…bring your nightlight to safely maneuver these. "The Denali Sunset House was to be our "base camp" for activities in the area. It was hard to leave the house. We wanted to just sit and enjoy nature. Becky and Terry have included so many thoughtful touches. House was spacious for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable. Communication was easy. Would happily stay again."

"The Denali lake cabin is a hidden gem near Denali. David was wonderful from booking to check out. We had no problems at all! The cabin is tucked back out of the way- but David’s directions are spot on. The cabin is spacious, the bed very comfortable, linens and towels very good quality. If you wanted to cook, there’s a full kitchen and the basics, salt, pepper, oil etc are there. Highly recommend. Would stay here again."

"We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay which has a private bath and was near Denali. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has everything we needed. The bed wasn't very comfy, but that is a subjective thing. The walls between units were thin, so we turned on our white noise (phone) to sleep. They weren't loud, but we could easily hear them. Breakfast at the creekside restaurant was very good. "

"This place is fine. We arrived in mid-September, so that may have affected our experience. The rooms were fine. It's a place to stay. It is an easy walk to the few shops and restaurants and a nice hike to the park. Dining had limited options, especially for breakfast. Park tour buses stop here, which is also a plus. Pickup from the train station is available for an extra price. It was convenient to use as you get a tag for the hotel when you check into the train, and they take from there to the hotel. I would recommend it as a fine base for your Denali adventure. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lodge during our trip to Denali National Park. We had a riverside room and the view from our balcony was incredible. The room was very clean, comfortable and just a very short drive to the park entrance. On the downside, the room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The wi-fi is free for 30 minutes but after that you have to pay an additional charge and we had virtually no cell service with Verizon. This was not a problem for us since our purpose was to enjoy the outdoors and visit Denali. We would absolutely stay there again."

"The apartment was clean and had everything we needed with lots of homey touches. Lisa is very friendly and helpful. The view was spectacular. Only thing, if you’re older and have trouble with stairs. Not the place. "
