"What a great place for a family get away. We had 10 in the group and there were plenty of spaces to enjoy. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to both beach and pool. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again. "

"Me and four of my friends went for the weekend for our annual girls trip. The space was perfect as it could accommodate all of us with our own room and bed. Is decorated really cute. The location is unbeatable. We parked in the lot and never got back in our cars the whole weekend. There is some noise at night out in the parking lot from people leaving the bars, so that was a bit annoying."

"Great place! Plenty of room. It was convenient and a nice community. It was cold while we were there and were not able to use outdoor kitchen.Our son was graduating from Navy Bootcamp and it was a very short drive to graduation. Plenty of restaurants close by."

"The service for this house was amazing. We had confusion about our dates, and we did not discover this until after we checked in. Tim & Bethany from Grand Welcome were amazing, and so were the Abbey Springs Team. A very stressful post-check-in brief window of time, turned into a relaxing and enjoyable long weekend for me and my family. Cannot say enough great things about all invovled!"

"We needed a two night stay to attend a family outing near by. This worked perfectly, we brought our dog on his first short trip and everything was so easy. The main floor plan is spacious with laminate flooring which was very nice. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable. The home is situated near a gas station which creates some noice, but after the first night I didn’t notice it. Mike the host is great, responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Pros: The house was great, newly renovated and clean with laundry in the basement. It was well stocked with items you would need and check in/out was super simple. Jesse communicated often and we did not have any problems. I told him we had an infant and he provided a high chair and also had a bassinet available. Cons: The location was the biggest con, not in the best part of town and the parking is behind the house in an alley that was difficult to get to due to a moving truck company...

"This place was amazing. Located right in the center of it all. Communication was easy and everything was in order. The accommodations were clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The deck outside is amazing. It was a little chilly (November) however during the sunny daytime hours we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. This location is so close to everything. We enjoyed our stay."

"My family and I stayed at English Prarie BNB for Christmas in 2024 (i.e., 11 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs). It was perfect!!! The host Mike was quite communicative and his attention to detail was second-to-none. The property felt like a home away from home.
