An ideal setting in both summer and winter, this multi-level townhome in the heart of McHenry boasts a gorgeous view of Deep Creek Lake and a prime, ski-in/ski-out location mere steps from one of the lifts at Wisp Resort.

This townhouse enjoys an enviable position at the end of its row, on a quiet street directly on the slopes of Wisp. The resort is an epicenter of outdoor fun, offering 11 miles of ski trails, tubing, and a mountain coaster across its 137 acres. A community lake access area, Adventure Sports Center International, Funland, a supermarket, and a number of restaurants are all within two miles. Deep Creek Lake State Park is also an easy, nine-mile drive southeast.

One of the special features of this home is the view of the mountains, the treetops, and Deep Creek Lake itself from one side of the property. It's a scene you can take in as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony or light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue on the patio.

The house spans multiple levels and 1,920 square feet, offering a new roof, new screen doors, and other recent renovations. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with a window-side breakfast nook, a separate dining area, and a living room with plush sofas, a TV (with cable and streaming capability), and windows facing the lake. Of the bedrooms, three have direct access to the outdoors. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Things to Know
The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Quiet Time begins at 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights.
The fireplace is not for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
