Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a flat lot with plenty of parking. Enjoy looking through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows into the beautiful surrounding woods and watch the deer and birds in their natural habitat. Two propane fire pit tables, one located on the large deck and one in the back yard surrounded by woods where you can gather with friends and family to make s'mores and swap stories of your day. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor gas grill so you can eat every meal at home, or order delivery or takeout from many nearby great restaurants and eateries.

On the main level of open living/dining floor-plan you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one tub and one shower). Bedroom #1 has a king bed; bedroom #2 has 2 twin XL beds; bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Access the spacious loft by ladder to find a set of twin bunks, plus a comfortable queen-sized couch-bed.
48" TV on main level, 36" TV in loft, both with Firestick streaming. A freestanding gas fireplace in the living room adds extra warmth and coziness in the winter.
House is located within Massanutten Resort with all amenities located within 3 miles, including skiing, snow tubing, indoor/outdoor water park, zip line & ropes course, two 18-hole golf courses, mini golf, downhill mountain biking course, hiking trails, Go-Karts, and more.
** Please note: the privately owned homes at Massanutten are not affiliated with the Resort, but our guests can use a link to book tickets online for resort activities 28 days in advance, as opposed to 10 days for the general public. We strongly encourage booking tickets early, as things do sell out.

Please note the house is accessed by two flights of stairs, so it is not appropriate for people with disabilities or trouble climbing stairs.
If your dates aren't available, we have 3 other properties. All are on one level with only 1 or 2 stairs to get to front door. The Bear Den (property ID 2498157) is located directly next door to the Be Our Guest House (property ID 2389552). We also own Hopkins House, property ID 2132571.
MASSANUTTEN RULES
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.
NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M. Please confine noise-making devices and activities indoors during these hours.
PARKING
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
NO OPEN FIRES
You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended.
ALCOHOL
Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
PETS
Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
TRASH
DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property. Trash is picked around 8am on Monday morning. Do not place trash at the curb before 5pm on Sunday, and be sure trash can is rolled back to the house by 8pm Monday.
