*Two living rooms: one on the upper level and one on the lower level. Sometimes even vacations need some privacy or separation.
*Five bedrooms (eight total beds) and three full bathrooms (see below for a description). One master bedroom with a private bathroom on the main level of the home. Premium Pharmacopia toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) are provided via wall mounted dispensers.

*Partially covered upper deck that overlooks a private wooded area behind the house where wildlife roams free.
* High Speed Wi-Fi with seven smart TVs: one TV in each of the two living rooms and one TV in each of the bedrooms. The TVs are Roku enabled so
* Upgraded linens and mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep! All king and queen mattresses are one of the following brands: Casper, Zinus, Linenspa, Novaform or Avenco.
*Nightstand outlets and/or USB charging ports located next to each bed in addition to lamps. In 2025, it shouldn't be a challenge to find a place to charge your devices so we make it easy.
* Fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, breakfast bar, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and a dining area with space for eight people plus a breakfast bar with space for four people. Additional appliances include a drip coffeemaker, toaster, ample supply of pots & pans, Crockpot, blender, microwave, bakeware, serving dishes, various kitchen utensils and all other basic cookware is provided! There is a set of children's cups and plates.
*Accommodates pets! ($100 pet fee per pet, dogs only, with a maximum of three pets at any time). One pet bed, a set of dog bowls and waterproof bowl mats are supplied.
*Community outdoor pool available Memorial Day through Labor Day. A $6.00/person fee is required.
*Fooseball table, Golden Tee/shuffleboard/bowling multi-cade and game space in the lower living room for family fun! A selection of board and card games is provided.
Massanutten has numerous activities for your stay. The resort offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, spa, an indoor and outdoor water park, all of which, are sure to provide great memories. Wonderful restaurants are available both on and off the resort There are also several vineyards and breweries within a 15-to-30-minute drive from the property. A local area guide will be sent over a few days prior to arrival that's packed with information on the best places to go and things to do.
A starter pack of amenities will be provided consisting of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, a 3.0 oz bottle of dish soap, a brand-new kitchen sponge and four laundry pods. "Unlimited" trash bags and dishwasher tablets are provided. Lemon Verbena Pharmacopia bathroom toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) are provided by wall dispensers. One, freshly-laundered bath towel and washcloth per guest is provided and freshly-laundered bedroom linens for all beds are provided with beds made prior to arrival.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.
NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M. Please confine noise-making devices and activities indoors during these hours.
PARKING
• All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
• Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
• Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
• If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
• NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
NO OPEN FIRES
You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended. Outdoor firepit usage is prohibited between designated Quiet Hours and usage of outdoor firepit and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions. Check the Electronic Sign.
ALCOHOL
Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
PETS
Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
TRASH
DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property.
