"My husband and I stayed for one night while in town for Import Face Off at Famoso Raceway. I loved how the hotel staff answered very quickly to messages that I sent regarding room types and availability to check-in early. Also, check-in was a breeze. The hotel was in a well secured area, close to shopping and many dining options. I felt that our car was in a safe location. Every staff member that we came encounter with were friendly and greeted us warmly. The room had a nice layout, very comfortable bed and couch seating area. A few of the walls could use a fresh coat of paint but I wasn't really focused on that too much. The only thing wrong with our stay was that the ice machine on the 4th floor did not work, so i had to go to the 2nd floor. One of the times, the elevator had a dirty towel on the floor, which is no biggie because it was removed promptly. I'd definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to friends/family."

"Customer service was amazing!! Only complaint was the shower. Wasn’t horrible, but there were spots of mold along the shower door and the shower surround needed scrubbing."

"Everything was excellent till we were trying to get sleep, first the heater was loud when it would turn on, it turn and off to many times. The room next to us was to noisy and all the traffic from the fwy. Then last the train going by. So our sleep was Interrupted many times. "
