"We came from AZ to visit our OR grandchildren but we wanted our own space. Brian’s home is right in the heart of Philomath The home was very clean and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were there. We were able to pick the grandkids up after school for activities. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to have the grands spend the night on the weekends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"With a daughter at OSU, we have stayed here many times. It is always our first choice. Dale has great communication and the place is perfect for us. "

"This is a great little place. The beds were very comfy, the decor was updated and nice, the place was spotless. The bathroom is big enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The kitchen is small but well appointed for the space. We planned on this and had room for our needs. I loved the access to extra bedding. The check-in process was easy and check-out was low stress. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The house was very spacious and everything you could think of. But that backyard was something I didn't know I needed! I can only imagine how much more magnificent in the summer (we were there in spring) Close to everything! We had a great time!"

"An older home that's been partially redone. The two bedrooms downstairs (where we stayed) and the bathroom are very nice. Check in was easy and the location of this house is great. As other reviewers mentioned, there is only a small table for dining. I had to park on the street, around the corner, because my car was too big for the two driveways that are available. I was glad to get instructions to do this so I could avoid a ticket. "

"The lodge sits on a quiet and serene property with beautiful views. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife (deer and birds). The home provided everything our group needed. It is spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was a treat as we were spoiled with gorgeous weather. Will definitely consider again for future stays! Thank you!"

"Every one had a good time. Kids had lot of fun, enough place outdoor to play around. Nicely fenced & gated so we didn't have to much of monitoring. Grown ups too enjoyed. Good size rooms Kitchen, family room & backyard so all could sit together. We also had good sighting of group of deer walking past the house. We loved that experience We missed few things1. "Very quiet neighborhood, close to stores, etc. We liked the fenced yard for our dogs. Home is a bit older. Kitchen was fairly equipped. It could have used a couple bigger pans etc. only had a small fry pan so hard to cook for a family. Otherwise not too bad. Sofa was not very comfortable. It’s been used a lot so an update would be nice. Beds were squeaky as well as the floor and a bit hard for our complete comfort but others may like that. Had a couple minor issues but they were handled quickly...
