"We stayed March 31st through April 2.This property is a work in progress. The old house is charming. Once the kitchen is completed and the washer/dryer are serviced, it will make for a quaint stay. Communication with the owner was very good. Response time for questions was almost instantaneous."

"The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...

"The place is great for a family of 4 or 5. You can tell it’s been renovated very recently and is done very well. We had some minor issues when we first arrived and the owner (Bob) and his property manager came right over and made everything right. Very short walk to a nice park and you are able to walk a little further into town to grab food and drinks. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

It’s in one of the quaint neighborhoods tucked away just outside downtown Rock Hill, and ideal location for getting anywhere in Rock Hill quickly.
