"In terms of absolute cuteness, all future VRBO stays will be compared with this place. My husband and I felt totally at home here. The decor was amazing and the place was spotless. The only reason I gave an overall rating of four stars instead of five is because there was an unanticipated glitch with our arrival. I won’t get into details because I know it has been rectified and hopefully won’t impact future travelers. And the hosts did compensate us for the issue. "

"The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. The grass needed mowed but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall I would definitely stay again, the location was perfect for us !"

"Excellent spot for a quiet, comfy family lake vacation. The cove is really lovely, peaceful and safe. Lake access is from a very well-maintained dock and walkway. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboard, many sizes of life vests were super helpful. Ideal for families. Big property in a quiet, private area. We liked that there are actually two buildings (one is an apartment above the garage), separated by the driveway. There are a lot of great things about the house. Bedrooms are big, beds are super...

"This was the perfect retreat for a weekend away with my roller-coaster enthusiast of a son. The cottage was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for. The pull-out couch was the most comfortable bed ever! We used the kayaks on the lake and I enjoyed much-needed “me time”, reading my book on the dock. Short drive to Carowinds for adventure!"
