This is a great hotel for kids & families. The beds are comfortable, and rooms have been updated. The pool is great, a bit cool, but the hot tub needs some improvement. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors, but not too bad. Overall, if you are want a reasonable prices, comfortable beds this is your place.

Everything was nice except staying in the 1st floor room (which was convenient!) was able to hear someone jumping in 2nd floor room starting at 6am. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a lot of choices, which is not typical for 2-3 star rated hotels.

We always have a nice stay at 3rd Street. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, and its conveniently located to get to Brundage Mountain for some skiing.
