"Great place! Had all the amenities. Very welcoming. Great location. Thank you to the host! Our family had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. Easy access for manoeuvring our 24ft snowmobile trailer. OFSC Snowmobile Trail 179 was right out front. Hot tub was great! Beds were comfy. Very clean and comfortable. Dog friendly allowed us to bring our fur babies. Host was very attentive to all our questions. "

"My family and I rented this cottage based on the past reviews and the cottage description. Unfortunately, the cottage was not properly described and was filthy when we arrived. We were assured by the owners that the cottage has been cleaned, but we did send photos of both buildings that proved otherwise. A cleaner was sent a day later but by then, we had already cleaned a bit. The kitchen had a tap that wasn't properly attached, stinky dish cloths, oven mitts with holes, drawers and cupboards...

"If your looking for tranquility this is the place. I suprised my wife for her birthday with a weekend away and some much needed down time. We canoed the pond and walked the trails. The beaver's occasionally swam by and we were visited by the blue jays and the gray jays. Bring your candles for those candle lit evenings, remember no hydro. The location was easy to find and everthing was as the pics show. If needed you can charge your phone with the solar powered charger and signal strength is...

The cabin and washroom was spotless when we arrived and had all amenities we needed for the week. So many great activities available for families and children. "Went away for a fall weekend with my family to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. The cottage was the perfect getaway - right on the lake with a beautiful dock, and the cottage had everything you needed to feel right at home. Also, being only 15min away from Bancroft was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the property and would definitely consider returning in the winter season. However, we were very surprised to see that the primary bedroom shown in the photos no longer exists. It has been renovated to two bedrooms, and the barn door is no longer there. I was very disappointed. The fact that there were no pictures of the bathroom worried me. The bathroom is okay, especially for a cottage. But the toilet paper is placed on top of a garbage can, instead of...

"Older home in reasonably good repair, except the back deck and a lot of squeaky doors. Lots of room and well-equipped. Large creek at the edge of the back yard which is very scenic and possibly a kayak launch but best to check first. Hot tub under the stars is lovely. "
