"The house was spacious. The smell of the well water was so bad that we couldn't enjoy the Jacuzzi. The jets were also temperamental with not wanting to turn on until we pressed the button about 30 times. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth because of the water. There was also mold in the upstairs closet. On a positive note the roads and sidewalks were plowed and shoveled after it snowed. "This beach villa is nicely decorated and updated. The beds are comfortable and the owners thought of everything we might need! Communication was fast and helpful. The unit has a nice central location within the resort. The only reason that I didn't give all 5 star rating was because of the air conditioning set up in the two 'kid' bedrooms and the resort itself could use some repairs and upkeep. Overall, a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun family vacation."

"Great property for a group of 20! With 4 refrigerators and 3 dishwashers, food storage and cleanup was a breeze! The outdoor space looked like it would be beautiful as well. It was just too cold when we were there. However, we did have a family polar bear plunge! Brrr. Highly recommend this one!!"
