"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...

"Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. Very pretty hillside towns within a short distance from the Villa. A perfect place for a relaxing, tranquil holiday."

"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. "The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche."

"We had a really wonderful time in the little cottage. The location is superb, the owner and the manager did everything to make our stay perfect! We loved hanging out on our sunchairs in the garden in the evening watching the fireflies and listening to the crickets chirping. The cottage offers everything you need for hanging out, cooking, making coffee, but there are so many amazing restaurants close by that you don t need to do much yourself! Can highly recommend!"
