"The hotel itself was lovely. There were several restaurants to choose from. My biggest issue was the cigarette smoke smell. It was lovely weather out and we wanted to keep our window open at night to cool the room down (ac did not seem to work and it was a little stuffy). However, the smell of cigarette smoke make it impossible to keep the window open. So instead, we didn’t get very restful sleep because we were hot in the room but had no option. "

"The hotel was excellent value for money, the room was spacious, the bed very large, the air con worked as did the Wi-Fi. The reception was open 24 hours and the restaurant stayed open until 23:00. The breakfast was very nice and there is also an Irish bar, a couple of restaurants and a supermarket very close by. The bus stop into town was a few yards away and the Metro was only a 17 minute walk away. When I go back to Madrid, I will look to stay here again."

"Front Desk Staff were nice and helpful, Daniel, specifically was very nice and helpful. On the other hand, breakfast staff were not nice, Wilmar, was very mean and unprofessional. Breakfast was really tribal and boring."

"Lovely entrance with fireplace. Lovely room decor and comfortable beds. l did not like the all glass bathroom sink. Slow food service in bar and it wasn't that crowded at the time. We had early flight and were surprised to come to the lobby at 6:15 AM to find everything dark. It all opens at 7AM. Service was variable, from extremely friendly to my husband, allowing him a coffee when we had not paid for breakfast, to less accommodating to my daughter and me arriving 5 min later.
