"Property exactly as described. Spacious house, lovely pool and gorgeous gardens/patio area with barbecue. Albert was attentive and available, with the pool being cleaned regularly and even supplying fans at short notice when the temperature spiked. Would definitely consider coming back to the same house if we visited the area again."

"La maison est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue et pas très propre .Les portes et fenêtres ferment mal, le petit électroménager est vétuste, les ustensiles de ménage comme les balais, sont en mauvais etat) Le lave vaisselle est trop petit et il manque un égouttoir à vaisselle. Sinon la localisation est bonne pour visiter la Charente. Le jardin est agréable."

"Exceptional property in beautiful rural location. 18 of our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this delightful holiday accommodation. Superb pool, great covered/outside eating area, boules, table tennis etc. Air conditioning in one apartment building, thick walls and therefore relatively cool in the other apartment building. Really super stay. Note for English renters: Towels and toilet paper not provided as we believe is the custom in France."

"Beautiful little property in the quiet village of Préguillac. Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings."

"Logement conforme à l’annonce et accueil chaleureux. Lieu calme et jardin clos pour nos amis à 4 pattes. Peut être un peu sombre, mais appréciable en plein été."

"Confort sommaire. Aménagement minimum. Propreté qui laisse à désirer (forte odeur de renfermé,allergiques à la poussière fuyez). Pas de lave linge dans le logement mais des machines payantes à 6€. La piscine est glacée, prise d'assaut par les guêpes. Pas de quoi pendre ses vêtements. Bref déçue"

"I never got to meet Sylvie and partner they were away on business, however Nicole kindly came to my rescue when i became lost. She came to my location in her car and I followed her to the property. The neighbours were very kind and supplied me with water, eggs, tomatoes and beer. The property was great. Very clean. Everything is there for you. I can recommend it for a great stay."
