Just 12 minutes’ drive from the beautiful beaches of Mazarron, Villa Olive is the perfect place to relax and unwind, making the most of local attractions, events and amenities, when you feel like using them. The stunning dinning terrace offers a BBQ and seating for 6, the perfect way to relax around the pool in the evening. Mazzaron, Cartegena, Bolnuevo and Totana are all local to Villa Olive and each offer something quite unique. Whether you’re looking for water sports, good food or Roman architecture, you’ll be sure to find it all here.

The Villa offers two double beds and two singles across its 3 rooms. The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinning, cooking and tableware. The electric fan oven and hob can be used at your convenience. The bright and airy living room offers English TV, Sports, Movies and much more. Iron, Iron board, and a hair dryer are also available for your convenience.

Looking to play golf?

Camposol Club de Golf is situated on Urbanisation Camposol near the town of Mazarron in the region of Murcia.

Formally known as Sensol Golf, the course was acquired in 2013 by Mazarron Entertainments SL. A major program of refurbishment has taken place over the past 12 months and Camposol Club de Golf can now proudly present itself as one of the best, most competitively priced and visually attractive courses in the Murcia region.

The course is 18 holes par 72 5895 metres (6500 yds) designed by Don Manuel Quesada Mendiola. Open to members and non-members alike, the course was originally opened in 2004 the course has matured well with attractive lakes, olive groves desert areas and palm trees to add interest.

The Club House

The large attractively designed Club House, open to all from 8am to late, features an excellent restaurant, substantial bar and private function room. The large terrace area has some of the best views in the region of Murcia and there is a large shaded outside BBQ dining space.

Airports, Car Rental and Transfers

Villa Olive is 30mins from Murcia International Airport and 75mins from Alicante. There are a number of UK and European Airlines that fly to these airports. Some include; Easy Jet, Ryan Air, Flybe & BA. If you like driving, why not combine the trip with a stay in the Capital, Madrid. Flying to Madrid can be more cost effective and you will find lots of flight options. Pick up your rental car, drive into the city for the day, or stay a night, then, when you’re ready, take the 4hr drive to Villa Olive.

The cheapest car hire can be achieved with online agents. Typically, a week's rental for a small 5 seat vehicle will cost between £14 & £70 depending on the time of year. Booking early is always an excellent idea. Taxis are available at the Airports, but can be costly. Car hire is essential given the proximity to airports, beaches and other attractions.

All guests will be provided with a contact number and meeting point to the collect keys. A full onsite tour will be provided during handover, and an agent is available throughout your stay. All laundry is provided and cleaning taken care of. Mid-term laundry changes can be arranged with the agent upon arrival, and at your cost.

Absolutely fabulous
This is our 2nd stay at Villa Olive & we can’t fault it. Fabulous outside area, lovely pool & the villa has all the things you need for a wonderful break, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and a perfectly sized fridge. It’s a quiet area, easy to get to from Murcia Int & the supermarket is a short drive away. Everything is very comfortable, easy to use and honestly, we never want to leave - so much so, we’re already sorted for next year! Thanks to Rob for his great welcome and Ben & Giles for making Villa Olive the perfect place to have a break and catch up with friends.

Comfortable and well equipped oasis
The villa is exactly as presented on the website: a clean, comfortable and well equipped place, with generous outside space. All dealings with Ben were effective and responsive. The local supermarket is large and has everything you could need. We used the villa as a base for visiting the wider area to get more of the 'real Spain', enjoying the peace and quiet on our return each day.

Nice villa with lots of outdoor space
Clean and tidy villa with lots of space outside including seating areas. Pool is a nice size. Air conditioning great in the bedrooms. Nice modern kitchen with a great size fridge freezer. Number of restaurants and large supermarket within 10 minutes of the villa. Communication with property owner and local property manager was excellent - Rob was very helpful with anything needed at the villa. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful Villa
We had a lovely stay in the villa. Has all that you would need. The owners are quick at responding to messages and the management team are cery quick to respond if you have an issues during your stay. The weather was lovely. The pool was very cold. The kids did go on, but not as much as if it was a bit warmer. It was too cold for me. (Just a note for anyone planning to go early April) I would highly recommend this villa :-)

Fantastic Villa, Great location for exploring Costa Calida region.
We stayed at the Villa Olive end of July beginning of August 2016 and had a wonderful family holiday. The Villa itself excided our expectations, plenty of room for the five of us, two adults and three teenager's. The WiFi was a great addition and gratefully appreciated by all. The Villa is set in a lovely landscaped large garden with a fabulous pool which was well maintained. We found the villa perfectly located to explore many beaches towns and cities within the Costa Calida region. From the time of booking to our return home we found the home owners extremely helpful and professional and would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful Villa.

Amazing villa and pool
This is a very comfortable and well equipped villa. Large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Comfortable sofas and lounge area, bedroom was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and lovely walk in shower in the en suite. The icing on the cake is the amazing gardens with stunning pool. Would 100% recommend for a comfortable relaxing holiday. A car is a must as the villa is some distance from mazarron and about a mile from the supermarket, however this was no issue for us as the villa location was private and peaceful.

A nice relaxing stay
On arrival, the villa was in good clean condition, as was the garden and pool. Everything was maintained to a good standard, the pool was a very good size, and warmed up nicely as the week progressed in the brilliant sunshine. The kitchen has everything you need and the showers are great due to excellent water pressure. It's about a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse and around 20 minutes or so to the bars and supermarket. A car is quite important to get around if you want to get out and about, but not essential should you just want a relaxing time around the pool. The communication before and during our stay was excellent, should you have any questions and we will be returning for sure. Thanks guys

LOVED IT!!!
We have just had an amazing 2 weeks at the villa. As a family we normally rent a villa in Spain each year and we have to say that this has been the best one yet, partly to do with the professional yet friendly communication from Ben and Giles. No issue is too small for these guys and they are always prompt with a reply. This time of year you sometimes get mosquito issues and we did notice especially after waking up the first morning with a couple of bites even after squashing a few. Within the hour of texting they had sent some guys round with a super mosquito zapper which was put up in the hallway, it's huge and not very aesthetically pleasing but who cares about that when the mossies are no longer an issue! What a relief. The best bit about the villa is the outside area, you can see from the photos that the pool is great and plenty of seating areas but you can't see the beautiful plants that are spread throughout the garden. You can really imagine as they mature over the years how gorgeous this property will be. We loved the lovely little bees buzzing over the flowers and there are cheeky little birds that like to drink from the outside tap. As we were in the middle of a heatwave we spent most of our time in the pool, when we arrived Julie let us in and opened the garage to some inflatables for us to use...hours of fun!! The villa is a perfect base to explore the surrounding areas, the local restaurants are very english but the kids loved them. At Puerto de Mazarron we had an amazing paella and we would definitely recommend visiting Cartagena, there is a lovely port and it's architecture is a mix of roman ruins, Art deco buildings, modern museums and sculptures, we loved it. We unfortunately always have to take a laptop abroad to do an hour or two of work and the WiFi is the best we've had, simple connection and didn't fail us once. We will definitely be recommending this villa to friends and family. Thank you Ben and Giles for letting us stay in your excellent home, the Wilsons xxxx

Absolutely Stunning villa with amazing grounds and pool
Just had the most fabulous week at this beautiful villa. Everything has been updated and refreshed. There were 3 / 4 dining areas including the new 6 seats and table indoors. An open fire was recently installed, that was tremendous. There were 5 of us and the villa was of ample size. Especially the huge kitchen. We walked about 35mins to shops / restaurants but could drive in 5. It was sometimes dark in certain areas but did not cause any issues. The golf club does great food, drinks and had a beautiful terrace wrapping around for morning and afternoon coffee / wine. Only stayed a few days but have just booked another 2 weeks in the summer. Thanks so much guys :))

Una Maravilla!!!
Esta casa es una maravilla! Es bonita, todo está muy nuevo, está limpia... El jardín llama a pasar todo el tiempo allí! La piscina, increíble. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. Nos facilitaron de todo, hasta toallas de piscina. La zona es muy tranquila, a pocos minutos tienes supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes... y la playa está a escasos 15 minutos en coche. Una casa cómoda, a la que seguro volveremos! Gracias por todo, Ben!

Absolutely stunning Villa in an urbanisation. Outside pool area is beautiful and certainly makes up for the lack of space inside the villa. Whilst the kitchen has recently been refurbished it seems a waste of indoor space as when raining there was no dining table & chairs inside to sit and have a meal. Having previously stayed in villas there was little provided ie half a toilet roll, no dishwasher tablets or washing machine liquid or pods to start your holiday. On the website it stated 15 minutes walk to bars & restaurants!! We were all fit and it took us 30 minutes to walk there and no taxis available to get back late at night. The walk back was fine but poorly lit on the second half to the villa. The Supermarket is also a 30 minute walk therefore a car is essential. The Golf Club Clubhouse is a 5 minute walk however it’s essential that you book if you want to eat. The villa met its purpose but I wouldn’t return.

Perfect for a relaxing break
Lovely villa, very well presented with lots of outdoor space. The huge variety of outdoor seating options is a big plus, as a group of 5 adults we had plenty of space to sunbathe, relax and eat. The outdoor and pool lighting in the evenings is very nice. Indoors isn’t massive but that’s not really where you spend your time - comfy lounge and very practical kitchen with everything supplied. Plenty of towels also available. Nearby golf course club house does really good food at very reasonable prices, €18 for a very nice 3 course meal - much nicer than expected. Good drinks and evening entertainment too. Hire car is definitely worth having to make shopping easier and any exploring if you choose to head out. The local area is quiet but only really other villas (with the exception of supermarket and a few local bars/takeaways) so it’s definitely much more of a chill out location than a base for exploring. Julie was always very helpful for checking us in and showing us around, especially considering our late arrival time. Had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Grandes vacaciones en inmejorable ambiente
Las dos semanas que hemos pasado en la casa han sido geniales. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para poder estar cómodamente en ella. Si algo hay que destacar es el bonito jardín y la gran piscina. Los niños no querían ni salir de la casa para poder bañarse. El contacto en todo momento con Ben y Julie ha sido sencillo siempre facilitando las cosas en todo momento. I cannot praise this property, or its owners enough. From the initial booking to the stay, the customer service has been simply wonderful. The pictures are great, but they don't really cut it quite right, the villa is stunning, the garden simply beautiful. The Pool is massive and lovely in the summer sun. The owners had just built a new dinning area with metal gazebo which was a lovely treat and a welcome break from the sun. Thanks Guys, keep up the good work, we will definitely be back. A nice villa with a very good pool in the south of Spain,close to the new Murcia airport.
I stayed six weeks in Dec/Jan 2018/19. The local manageress was very helpful. The surrounding garden is extensive and has a lovely lemon tree and good outdoor living arrangements. The beds are comfortable and the shower is powerful. There is a large TV with good coverage,and the kitchen has everything you could want. I recommend this property.

I really cannot praise this villa or the owners Ben & Giles enough, this villa is absolutely spectacular! From first making an enquiry, to booking, to everything else in between, the communication and customer service was second to none. Also I have to say that Julie the management for this villa is also incredibly helpful and could not do enough for us! We holiday to Spain every year and I can honestly say I have never been better looked after! The villa itself is on a quiet residential area. You can hear nothing but birds and the current of the pool it is pure bliss. The outside area is enormous, there are in total 3 seating areas with ample chairs, all sturdy and with nice furniture. In addition there are loads of comfy sun beds, including pillows. The pool is devine! I was surprised how warm is was too! The pool is large and plenty deep enough for jumping in, as well there are two smaller squares at each end which are perfect for smaller children who have not quite found their confidence in swimming yet but are happy to have a splash around on the steps. Inside the villa in an open plan kitchen/sitting area with comfy seats, blankets too for chilly evenings. The kitchen is so equipped it’s like a home from home. There are stacks of everything including children’s cups/plates etc to avoid breakages especially around the pool. The oven was decent and heated food properly without taking an age to cook like some do when you go on holiday. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning (or heating if preferred depending on what time of year you visit). One main bathroom and one en-suite, both with modern fitted suites and decent showers! The blinds in each room are great - total blackout! As with any holiday you get unwanted mosquito visitors and I am always bitten to shreds. However, in the villa there is a zapper taking which definitely helped. The Golf place is 2 mins walk from the villa, we ate out 3 nights and the food was amazing! As for supermarket shopping it’s not a distance that you could walk to so depending on your travel arrangements you would either need to hire a car or arrange some transport. We needn’t worry as Ben/Giles arranged for Julie to help us with our big shop on arrival - now that’s not a service you get anywhere from my experience! I would come back to this villa in a heartbeat. I’m already looking at availability for next year! I can only really thank the owners and manager for making our holiday so special! :)
