"We had an amazing time! The house is big and comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. The pool and terrace are the best of the house. We spend much of the time outside. All the rooms have AC but we hardly use it as the house is well insulated. Easy comunication with the owner and easy check in and check out. We will rent it again! "

"The villa had all the facilities we required. Lovely pool, comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The villa is well situated and you can walk to beaches and restuarants but a car is ideally needed for shopping and to explore the area. The only thing to mention is the villa would benefit from a few more sunbeds or softer seating in the pool area as the current ones are short in number and getting a little tired. "A fabulous family beach vacation in Matalascanas! The home is very spacious with several outdoor patios and/or open air dining areas by simply opening up the sliding doors. The home is right on the beach w/ a very private and secured entrance onto the boardwalk that takes you in less than 5-10 minutes walking to bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the local supermarket. "Lovely, comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped house. It was a great base to explore the surrounding area, with good walking in the nearby national park, and sea swimming and water sports nearby, Good waves at Punta Umbria 10 minutes away. El Portil itself was very friendly and the local food was fresh, delicious and inexpensive. Great place to learn and practice Spanish too.
