Welcome to our comfortable newly renovated home steps away from beautiful Chautauqua Lake. Whether you wish to sit on the front porch and enjoy picturesque views of the lake & the Chautauqua Belle, or have a relaxing bonfire in the backyard, rest assured you will feel be in complete vacation mode at our cozy and clean home. Upon entering the home you will be greeted by the living room followed by the fully stocked kitchen. On the second floor, you will find the only bathroom with laundry facilities, as well as the generous sized bedroom. We comfortably can accommodate 4 guests, 2 in the upstairs bedroom as well as 2 on the fold out couch in the living room. Tastefully decorated of very good quality furnishings, you will be extremely comfortable during your stay. The location couldn’t be better. You are in walking distance to all that the Village Of Mayville has to offer, including convenient stores, local pubs, restaurants, the Chautauqua Marina, the beautiful Lakeside Park just across the street, the Chautauqua Bell, dog park, ice cream parlor and much more. The location is just a five minute drive to the world renowned Chautauqua Institution. Put your bags down and let the stress melt away as you enjoy your vacation in beautiful Chautauqua County.

Great stay in Mayville!
This property is a great little find just steps from the beautiful Chautauqua Lake in the quaint town of Mayville. Perfect location to walk to the park and restaurants. The place is very comfortable with anything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Vanessa was responsive and helpful, and even helped me locate some items that got left behind. Hope to stay there again in the future!
