My brother and I had everything we needed available there, and appreciated having two separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds. I would definitely look to stay here again when my wife and I come back to Salida."

"This was a short family getaway to Salida, one of our favorite spots. The house was perfect for us. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The en suite bathroom in each bedroom gave us all the privacy we needed, while the living/kitchen area had plenty of room to gather when we weren't out on the trail, sightseeing or just enjoying quaint, historical downtown Salida. Wendy was a super host and very responsive. We'll definitely be back."

"Jean was great with communication, this property was easily accessible and had a wide view of the chalk cliffs. The spa pool was so clean, relaxing, and I love that there was a float and beach ball because we didn’t think to bring that. We appreciate Jeans kindness towards my family and loved the warm colors this groovy get away had. Love the light fixtures and all decorations, getting away from all modern bland colors was such a nice twist! The kitchen was stalked with all utensils we ever...

A quick drive to Salida, and the gravel road to the property was no problem for our 4runner. The views are incredible! So much space in the kitchen, dining areas, and outdoor decks to hang out and the hot tub is huge. Highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our time in Salida! The house was exactly as pictured; it was comfortable, stocked well, and had plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor area was very spacious as well - the deck was great for morning coffee and the yard was huge, and our dog had more than enough space to play outside. It was an easy 8-10 minute walk into the heart of town, which we enjoyed. We will be coming back again! "

"We were looking for a place to hang together as a family and enjoy the outdoors. We had good fishing, son in law caught and released 5 who fishes around Colorado a lot. Husband had difficulty wading but had several to release. Kitchen supplied well for our needs and we had a wonderful time browsing Salida and walking around town. Only suggestion you need a puzzle table. It is a perfect spot to watch the light change, sip beverage and puzzle away! "
