Easy process
Lots of space, everything you need to cook, comfortable stay. Some traffic noise and train noise, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping comfortably. We were very pleased.

Perfect for our needs
Comfortable home, obvious care put in renovations of the house. Appreciated the snacks, local info literature, and stocked drink fridge. GREAT location for us, quick drive in to town. It’s not directly in the commercial downtown but very convenient to getting around by car. All the needed amenities for a comfortable, simple stay are given (we were visiting for an organized bicycle tour). Terry was a wonderful host. Communication was excellent. We’d come back to stay anytime we’re in Maysville again.

I really loved the house itself. It was vintage but very comfortable and accommodating. It had everything you could need to stay there. The ONLY complaint i have was the train tracks being so close to the house and nightly trains coming through several times blaring the train horn so it was hard to sleep. If you could pick the house up and move it a few blocks away it would be perfect. Overall i really enjoyed the house and everything about it. I would highly recommend this to people but just bring a fan or noise blocker for bedtime.

Very nice air B&B for the price. I needed a place that would allow pets and this property popped up first. We were happy with our stay and would rent again. Only downfall was it sits at a noisy intersection.

I had a hard time getting in due to no cell service. Fortunately, a neighbor let me know how to find owner. Very busy and noisy street..but better than staying in a motel. Make sure you have all info before getting there.

Our stay was less than 24 hours, but the bed was comfortable and the snacks and drinks left for us were a nice touch. The off street parking was appreciated, and the front porch very inviting though we didn't have time to enjoy it. It's a noisy location, as others have mentioned, but we brought a box fan as someone suggested and that helped mask most of the road noise. Maybe I missed in the listing, or maybe I assumed wifi was available, but be advised that there is no internet access. Not a problem if your intention is to get away, but inconvenient if you're counting on it.

Maysville Charm
We walked downtown and beyond. The location was perfectly placed for us. The home (1910) so reminded us of out 1925 Florida Bungalow. We felt right at home immediately. The hosts provided snacks and beverages in the kitchen cubby area equipted with mini bar and mini refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and we awoke rested each day for another magic Maysville experience. WIfi service was first rate. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus for our 5 week stay. By the way the hosts have a restaurant in town, Hippy Burgers. We ate there several times and highlly recommend it.

Wonderful place
This was a great stay. The house is adorable and very clean. It was furnished with loads of linens and kitchen utensils, more that we could use. There is also a mini fridge that is well stocked. The owners very graciously left us some treats, including wonderful cinnamon buns and fresh milk, and also gift certificates and suggestions for nearby restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area again.
