"Lovely staff and lovely hotel. We had a room with 2 balconies, one right over the river. The river is loud with the windows open but the with the windows shut the soundproofing was great. Really nice location for exploring the dolomites."

"Steid in this property for 6 nights for skiing trip with my teenagers. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and has a very good location. Ski bus stops by the property which makes it very convenient to get to the slops. We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment which was spacious and convenient. Quite surroundings for people that are looking to relax. Parking is available on primacies and is included in the daily rate. Great spa. Beds, pillows and blankets need some upgrading in my opinion. I would definitely consider this property again. "

"We had a great time at this Chalet as a family. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk to the lifts made it very convenient. Perfect location if you want to use the ski resort. Wil be back for sure. "

"Wow wow, wow, This is the place where you should stay in Innsbruck. The rooms are amazing and the views from the rooms are gorgeous. "My only complaint was that there was not a mini refrigerator in the room. I had bought some expensive cheese in Rome and was unable to keep it due to this. Wonderful staff and I like that they hire mentally challenged people to help with the kitchen. "
