Very modern 2-family house "Haus Sonja", detached, built in 2022. In the resort Ginzling, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: garden (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 200 m, ski bus stop 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000 9 km, Zillertal Arena 19 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 23 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlegeis Stausee 12 km.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Neue, modern eingerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Toll gelegen, um direkt wandern zu gehen, Bushaltestelle Richtung Mayrhofen bzw. Schlegeis für weiter entfernt startende Touren nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Leider gibt es in Ginzling keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Mayrhofen ist dann doch 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nowy apartament. Pachnie nowością. Bardzo ładnie umeblowany. Super wyposażony. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Brakowało wieszaka lub szafki w przedpokoju na kaski. Wieszak na ubrania w przedpokoju też nieco za mały przy wyjeździe narciarskim. Bardzo mili właściciele

Urlaub im Paradis
Jedes Jahr wieder kommen wir nach Ginzling zum Abschalten und Natur genießen. Die neue Ferienwohnung ist super gelungen und bietet alles, was man zum Ausspannen brauch. Wir waren in den Skigebieten des Zillertals unterwegs und konnten unsere Ausrüstung prima unterbringen. Vielen Dank an S. und W. Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder.
