"They did not have a room with a queen sized bed that I had reserved. When the owners were called to address the situation, they became indignant to the point of being unwelcoming - a very curious position given that they are hosts and were in the wrong in this case! By the time they had apologized, I had decided to move to another location."

"Nicola is a charming host, very welcoming, and the flat was spotlessly clean, it had lovely views and the garden is immaculately kept. The only thing to note is if you are wanting total silence, there is some noise from the road - but with the windows shut you won't hear it. The flat is conveniently located - 15 mins to the bike hire shop, pizzeria and station and 20 mins walk to the supermarket. Mayhofen - a brilliant town with lots of shops and restaurants and 2 cable cars is 10 mins by car....
