"Excellent experience lovely stay away with friends. Great customer service under difficult circumstances due to weather phones not working and power cuts. Staff handled it very well. A few drawbacks though for a Hotel with this many stars no bottled water in the room and the rooms were quite cool "

"From the moment we checked in until we checked out everything was excellent. Our room 205 had a wonderful sea view and was spotless. It was very comfortable and I loved the exposed brick wall. "We had a wonderful stay at The Belmont House Hotel recently. We received a very warm welcome from the lovely receptionist which makes all the difference when you have travelled a distance in such bad weather. Our room was magnificent, above average in size and tastefully decorated. We overlooked the gardens to the front and side and yet it was very quiet. It was spotlessly clean. The en-suite was both modern & spacious. Despite the size, the room was very cosy & warm, we felt very comfortable in the large bed and slept well. We thoroughly enjoyed our Breakfast, again the staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was delicious & prepared with care. We can not recommend this Hotel highly enough! What a gem, nestled in the wonderful town of Banbridge! Great Shops & very friendly community. Put it on your list for a visit you won’t regret it!
