"I stayed here 1 night and it was much better than I expected from the reviews. Very clean. Nice room with good bedding. Very quiet for sleeping. I arrived late and was worried about being able to park my car but they had put a cone in a space for me which was very thoughtful. It was £8 to park but well worth is especially as the room was extremely cheap. Nice area. "

"Lovely stay. This is the second time we have stayed here and both have been fabulous. It’s in such a good spot near to Brighton centre, easily walkable and a very reasonable price.
