"The staff is very kind on site, albeit quite young as a whole. (as is the clientele - we didn't see many guests or staff over 35). The staff prior to checking in is extremely difficult to reach and is unhelpful. I had to call 10 times and leave messages and book appointments (which no one attended) to reach someone who could help me schedule my itinerary.
