"We had a fantastic stay in this B&B. John (Host) was very cordial and friendly. Guided us on activities/dining options and even helped us with vacuuming our rental vehicle that we dirtied with beach sand. Breakfast: Was very fresh and great Rooms: Clean and great view of the ocean My family (4 adults) all had a great time and if we visit Rincon we would love to stay here again."

"Me and my husband stayed here while visiting family. We aren’t smokers or drinkers and barely spent much time in the home, and neither did we allow anyone else inside the home. We left the property clean and were overall pleased with this stay and was looking forward to leaving a great review but then we were hit with a $150 request for what we were told was a violation for smoking in the property. Again we are not smokers and no one else was in the property. There is a camera on the property...

"This is a beautiful place full of nature and peace. The hosts are excellent. They take care of us during our stay. The breakfast was spectacular. Each Casita is private and lovely decorated. We love that they have an environmental sustainability policy. We 100% recommend this property. It exceeded our expectations. "

There was no swimming pool, no safe deposit box, no security, no cleaning, expired fire extinguishers, no phones in the room, no closets in the room. IT was completely miserable experience. i will never return and will not reccomend this property to anyone. "
