"Property had all the essentials for our 5 night stay and was situated at the quiet end of a street that sits above the Port Gaverne road. The downhill walk into the harbor at Port Issac takes about 10 minutes along the coastal path with lovely views of the Cornish coastline. "Brilliant location - quiet apartment/flat in rural area. Within 30-60mins of many fab Cornish places - Eden Project, Jamaica Inn, North coastline (Boscastle, Tintagel, Padstow). Some fabulous family activities close by. Township only 1mile away. Clean & tidy flat, with all the amenities needed, full kitchen, bathroom, pull-out sofa & hosts provided an airbed for 2nd teen. "Living area was great, wonderful views and plenty of space. Easy walk to the beach. Would have preferred proper showers rather than wet rooms but can't complain we all thoroughly enjoyed staying there with lovely comfy beds."

"As there is a check out time of 9.30 and check in time of 4pm I would expect the property to be ready for us. The hot tub was being filled at 4pm and was cold it was not close to warm by the following day. But worse was the thick layer of brown scum around the edge. Paying £350 for what is effectively one day and two nights with no hot tub is very poor value There was also a leak in the property in the kitchen and a very wet patch of carpet which I think might have been from the bath leaking"

Andy and Caroline were excellent hosts - we were very grateful for the use of the 4 wheel drive to get us down the track and it was interesting to hear the story of the treehouse. It was a unique and memorable experience and we would highly recommend it to others.
