Nestled minutes away from San Marcos and the BBQ capital of Lockhart, this charming farmhouse offers a central base for exploring the Hill Country, conveniently situated between Austin and San Antonio.
We've designed the home to be exceptionally cozy, combining elegance with a welcoming "farm away from home" atmosphere. Enjoy abundant seating that embraces the farm life ambiance, a relaxing back porch, high-speed WiFi, entertainment areas with smart TVs, and beautiful views.

Country Wildlife Disclaimer:
In central Texas countryside, guests may encounter snakes and scorpions due to the diverse wildlife. Snakes like rattlesnakes and copperheads are found in wooded areas and near water sources, while scorpions, especially the striped bark scorpion, seek shelter in cool, dark places like under rocks or inside buildings. Guests might encounter these creatures while hiking, gardening, or staying in rustic accommodations. To stay safe, wear sturdy footwear and long pants, use a flashlight at night, and shake out clothing and shoes before wearing them.

Although we take protected measures by spraying for critters from coming indoors, consider using house slippers or house shoes while in the house to protect against unexpected encounters from scorpions or spiders.
