The two bedrooms are perfect for a getaway with friends and family—or for a honeymoon-style escape.Soak in the views of the Caribbean Sea from your private patio while relaxing on the two sun loungers, or enjoy an al-fresco dinner at the dining table with seating for four while the sun sets in front of you.

Ocean One 204 is a contemporary condo with touches of modern amenities throughout; like the Nest controlled central AC keeping you cool after a day out in the sun. The L-shaped couch in the open plan living area is the perfect place to kick back and relax in front of the apple TV as the ocean glistens in front of you. The cooks of the family will love the fully-outfitted kitchen, which has four stools on the breakfast bar - perfect for casual meals. Both of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and lots of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The master bedroom also has its own television and a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be configured as a king.

Ocean One 204 is located right on the ocean, putting you steps from soft sands and clear waters. You can also lounge poolside and choose to take a dip in the lap pool, the jacuzzi or the plunge pool. The condo is conveniently located on the Maxwell Coast, and all amenities are within easy reach.

The unit was absolutely beautiful. The views were amazing wall to wall. It felt like the ocean was in your living room. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because of location. It was a little remote for me.This is perfect for couples who just want rest and relaxation. If you want to party it might be better to be walking distance to the Gap.

Much needed R&R
First time at this property after 5 years away from the island. Beautiful beach and clean pools made this a wonderful place to relax. Close to everything we love about the island, including restaurants and Oistins fish market. The accommodations were very comfortable and the building was very secure and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Great views, large balcony, easy access to pool and beach, most services are within walking distance or a short cab ride. Maxwell beach is a good walking beach but less ideal for swimming due to the trade winds and waves. Both beds are queen and windows lack screens. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect holiday home
Our stay in Ocean 204 was excellent. It was a sublime experience and escape, especially for us escaping an Arctic blast in our Massachusetts hometown. A daily perfect sunny 80* cannot be improved upon. #204 was beautifully decorated and wonderfully comfortable, kudos to the unit's tasteful and caring owner. The housekeeper Yvonne was very thorough and thoughtful. We are thrilled to be returning to it next year.

Beautiful Condo!
The condo is gorgeous (true to photos) and the view is amazing. AC works very well with controls in each room. Building felt very secure. Beach and water absolutely breathtaking. Concierge was very responsive. Nice restaurant next door at the Bougainvillea property is open to the public and the food was pretty decent. Sandals Royal resort was next door on the other side, so there were a fair number of people on the beach each day, but not crowded. If you have four people staying, you may want to bring extra toilet paper, as the amount supplied was not enough for our six day stay. Also, if you like to use wash cloths or face towels, pack your own as there is only one per bathroom. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

location location!! (I stayed at Sandals for a couple of days, so not worth it! ) I had no choice cause i was invited to a wedding there, but once I checked out of Sandals and went literally right next door to BSL rental i was amazed! I mean right next door, after the bad experience at sandals I was pleased that we were able to walk into a cool rental and not have to worry about bugs the place was spotless and we left trying to leave it the same way we found it. If you are looking for a place to stay in Barbados for a wedding and its happening at sandals on the beach, just stay here and walk over. I truly appreicated you allowing us to stay at your home, and have told all of my friends and family this is the place to stay and trust to know I will be back, thanks again!

We (family of four) had a great time here. The apartment was high spec, had everything you could wish for, and the pool was nice to cool off in after exploring the beautiful surroundings. And there is, of course, the beautiful beach just at the doorstep. Charmaine was a great host, and also arranged the airport transfer for us. Also, the concierge service on site is a great resource and at hand for all your needs. Can highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again! Matt & Family!
