It was a last minute decision to drive out for unwind. The owner responded everything very quickly and the yard was super fun for the kids to explore

Very nice property! Everything worked as advertised! The location couldn’t have any better for a weekend of floating the river. Nice quite home tucked away. Very satisfied with everything about this place

Quiet, clean, and comfy
We were in town for our son's college graduation in San Marcos. This location is just five miles from the college without any traffic or city noises. Gorgeous pecan farm setting with a clean rental house. Enough beds for my group of 7. Bed were comfortable, house was clean, and to have a washer and dryer was a huge perk! The owners were quick to respond and very nice when we met them. I highly recommend this rental.

Wedding stay
The Nut Farm was so cozy! It was the perfect place for our wedding party, friends and family to stay because our venue was 15 minutes away. We loved the basketball hoop and the amount of space we had. Would definitely book again!

The best stay for group gatherings!
We had a corporate retreat while here and let me tell you it's the best place around. There so many places to sleep and accommodate groups 20-30. Each home allows privacy for individuals but the common areas between the house allow for gatherings. I can't wait to stay here every year.
