"Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. "Good clean property. Big rooms. But the area is poor. No shops or restaurant around. Unsafe to walk around. the arena mall is too far about 20 minutes away by walk. It looks close but it is not. "
