We filled this place and still had space, it’s that spacious. Outside the pool is a great size and the lawn area is big enough to play 5 a side football and still have space for a volley ball court, all with a backdrop of cypress trees, hills/mountains and the Sami Bay Area. "This unit is very clean, beautiful space, however the air conditioning, which was only 1 AC unit in the bedroom did not work. I was assured by Angie at check in that it would cool entire unit. It did not! It was 34c (93.2F) in the unit at check in, even running the AC for 6 hours never cooled below 30c (86F) in bedroom. Rest of unit was above 34c (93.2F) our entire stay. Owner solution was bringing us a fan. Owner said technician repaired AC. It never cooled. Was not repaired. Miserable...

"The Villas at LOFOS SOILIS are very nice. The apartments themselves are very clean and in a great location set in the middle of an Olive Grove. The villas all have their own private covered veranda. The terrace which is fringed by a number of tables where breakfast is served, and also evening meals, has a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding hills and sea across to Kefalonia. "We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday."

"The last two weeks of June were very warm not dropping below 30 degrees but Villa Eirine offers the perfect respite with the aircon and the lovely pool.
